Hi, I'm Sophie.
I've spent 15 years across brand, marketing, and strategy, with global companies and independent founders at every stage. I've worked across almost every part of the customer journey, which means I understand how all the pieces fit together, not just one corner of it.
I've also made the leap to self-employment myself. So I know what it actually feels like to suddenly be responsible for everything — the strategy, the decisions, the direction. It's a lot. And it's also one of the most exciting things you can do!
I genuinely believe that creative businesses are the life force of our economy. They drive innovation, they create social change, and they represent something I care deeply about: people backing themselves and building something on their own terms.
That's why I work with a small number of clients at a time, closely, either through 1:1 coaching or through my custom programme, The BRICKS Method, where every piece of work we do together builds on the last so nothing gets built before it's ready.

WHERE WE BEGINTHE FOUNDATION SESSION
A 90-minute session, online or in person, where we get into the real stuff straight away.
Before we meet you'll complete a short questionnaire so we arrive ready to dig in. In the session we talk through where you are with your creative practice, where you want to take it, and what's getting in the way. Some of that is practical. Some of it is about how you're thinking about the transition from creative to business owner.
Afterwards you'll receive a written summary with my honest assessment of where you are and a clear roadmap of what I'd prioritise if I were in your position.
It's valuable as a standalone and a natural starting point if you want to go further.

Yes, and it's one of the things I love most about this work. I help creatives design and deliver immersive experiences for their audience, whether that's a one-day workshop, a weekend retreat, or a series of events. We work through the concept, the structure, the pricing, and the logistics end to end, so you can focus on the experience itself and trust that everything around it is taken care of.

No, and that's intentional. My job is to make sure that when you do invest in a website or a content creator, you're briefing them properly and not paying to build the wrong thing. I also help you find the right people and make sure you're getting what you actually need.
The founders who skip this step often end up six months down the line with a beautiful website that doesn't convert — because the strategy underneath it was never right. Getting the foundations in place first doesn't slow you down. It means that when you do build, you build it once, and you build it properly.
