PROJECT BASED SUPPORT

An in-depth service for when you’re ready to build something new…

Most creatives reach a point where client work alone isn't the whole picture anymore (or you don’t want it to be). There's a bigger idea bubbling. A workshop, a retreat, a podcast, a course, a community. Something that grows your reputation and reaches people in a new way.

I help you take that step and build something that expands your business, supporting you from idea right through to implementation.

Check out the work I’ve been doing with photographer Hayley Kelsing…

WHAT WE DID ↙

How we built The Portugal Edit

Hayley had built a solid photography business.
Consistent bookings, a strong body of work, a clear style. But more client work meant more hours, and there were only so many hours. She wanted to expand beyond 1:1 delivery.

She had a vision that went beyond client work.
She wanted to teach. To bring people together and reach a new audience- people who wanted to learn from her, not just hire her.

So we started with the goal, not the tactics.
First we got clear on what she actually wanted. What teaching meant to her, who it was for, and what the business could look like if it worked. Everything after came from that clarity.

Then we built the foundations.
A sign-up page on her website turned followers into a list she owned. We shaped the community side of her Instagram so that it became a place people learned directly from Hayley, not just a portfolio.

Then we designed the thing itself.
What began as an idea for a workshop grew into a full retreat. The concept, the format, and what people would actually walk away with.

I built a custom sales page for retreat sign ups. This was integrated into Hayley’s existing website.

Made small adjustments to the instagram bio & Hayley started posting more targeted content.

I managed all of the back-end and behind-the-scenes admin, meaning Hayley can concentrate on teaching.

“I'd been thinking about running a retreat for years, but it always stayed in my head. I was too busy with client work and didn't know where to start.

Sophie took a half-formed idea and made it real, being completely hands-on with every detail, from budgets and contracts to venue negotiations and participant communications. She also understood how this ‘new venture’ fits into my overall vision for my business/brand, which I think is important -everything feels streamlined.

She is one of the most organised people I've worked with. I can focus on what I'm good at because I trust her completely with everything else.”

Every project is different, so every project is scoped around what you're making and how much support you need. It starts with a conversation.
