BOOK YOUR FIRST SESSION

Build your business with the confidence that comes from knowing exactly who you are as a founder.

A woman sitting at a desk, working on a silver laptop, with a coffee mug and a stack of books in front of her, in a softly lit room.

A 90-minute working session designed for those who are just starting out or those ready to press reset — this is where we begin.

Most founders don't run out of ambition. They run out of energy.

Starting a business can feel equal parts exciting and terrifying. Adrenaline tends to get you through the first weeks, and this can feel like momentum (and often it is), but is it in the right direction?

As the adrenaline inevitably fades, the people who keep going are the ones who have built their business around how they actually work best — their strengths, their working style and their natural way of making decisions.

If you’ve started a business, but it’s draining the life out of you, it’s not because you don’t have what it takes. It’s because the foundations and the systems are not in place to support you.

That's exactly what our first session is designed to prevent and if you're already started, to help you reset.

WHAT TO EXPECT

WHAT TO EXPECT ↙

This is a high-touch, deeply personal session that requires a commitment to reflect on your own strengths as well as the strength of your new or existing idea.

Before we meet, you'll complete a short questionnaire and two short assessments so that we arrive prepared and ready to get straight into the work.

The session focuses on two things.

First, you — your strengths, your working style, and how to build a business that works with how you naturally operate rather than against it. We look at where you'll tend to thrive, where you might need support, and what to focus on first.

Second, your idea — where it currently stands, what's already in place, and what the most important questions are to answer before you move forward.

You'll leave with a written Founder Profile covering your strengths, your working style, and a clear picture of what to focus on — alongside an honest assessment of your business idea and a set of prioritised next steps.

Getting this right saves months of wasted effort — whether you're just starting out or untangling something that’s not quite working in the way you hoped for.
