Big Ideas,
Real Impact.

Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.

When a company grows, the demands on the brand grow with it. The product advances, the team expands, expectations rise — but the message, strategy, and systems often lag behind. Marketing becomes reactive. Content becomes inconsistent. The story shifts depending on who’s telling it.

This isn’t a creative issue. It’s a strategic one.

how I support small teams

I step in as a strategic and creative partner, someone who understands both the pace of a startup and the structure required to grow well. We look at your brand as an ecosystem, not a logo. We tighten the strategy, refine the message, and build the systems that support consistent, confident communication.

This work brings order to the complexity you’re running.

✔️ It frees your team to execute

✔️ It reduces the founder’s mental load

✔️ And it strengthens the business for the next stage.

Services designed for growing companies

brand STRATEGY

A clear positioning framework and brand direction the entire company can align around. This becomes the internal reference point for marketing, hiring, product, and investor communication.

MESSAGING FRAMEWORKS

A structured narrative that explains what you do, who it’s for, and why it matters - consistently, across every team and channel. Removes improvisation and speeds up execution.

CONTENT SYSTEMS

Operational foundations for how your team creates content. A workflow, a structure, and a way of communicating that scales across fractional or growing teams.

FRACTIONAL SUPPORT

Strategic leadership without committing to a full-time senior hire. Support with prioritisation, campaign direction, hiring, and keeping your brand and marketing function organised as you grow.

INVESTMENT SUPPORT

A sharp, grounded narrative for fundraising, stakeholder alignment, or strategic partnerships. Clear articulation of vision, traction, and future direction.

Workshop Facilitation

Collaborative sessions to align leadership, marketing, and product. Workshops that cut through noise, gather insights efficiently, and turn scattered thinking into shared direction.

Copywriting RESOURCES

High-signal writing for key brand touchpoints: website, pitch decks, product pages, onboarding, or brand foundations. Clean language that reflects your positioning and supports the business.

Past Projects

I work with founders across different industries who feel the impact of unclear brand structure, both inside their business and out in the world.

At Talent Garden, I led the digital marketing programme that empowered founders and early teams with the skills they actually needed to grow. The curriculum went beyond basics, covering content strategy, SEO, social media planning, and practical execution, all framed through the lens of real startup challenges. The result was a cohort of founders who understood not just what to do, but why, and how to execute with clarity and confidence as they scaled their brands.

Bemakers supports beverage brands expanding into European markets. As a growing B2B startup with multiple service lines, their challenge was clarity. I collaborated with the leadership team to clarify their positioning, refine their offer, and restructure the website to focus on clear audience journeys. The result was a more confident, outcome-led brand story that positioned Bemakers as a credible partner for European expansion.

XOLTA develops advanced battery storage systems, but their challenge was communication. I led the content strategy and copywriting for the relaunch, working closely with leadership and product teams to connect technical innovation to real-world outcomes. The result was a clear, structured content system that balanced technical credibility with human, benefit-led storytelling - supporting stronger engagement, clearer sales conversations, and a more confident brand presence.

Coola was a well-established organic suncare brand in the US preparing to enter the UK market. I supported the launch by shaping the market strategy, positioning, and retail approach. This included pitching directly to premium retailers, developing educational content around their organic formulations, and helping the brand establish credibility from day one. The result was strong retail partnerships, high sell-through, and a clear foothold in the UK as a premium organic suncare brand.
